Service and accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for users operating under your account and for ensuring that your use of connected systems is authorized.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, reverse engineer protected components except where law permits, or use the service to violate applicable law or third-party rights.
Customer data
You retain ownership of data provided through your connected platforms. You grant KPInion AI the limited rights necessary to process that data and deliver the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions required to connect and process it.
AI-generated output
AI responses and generated summaries may contain errors and should be reviewed before business, financial, safety, or legal decisions are made. KPInion AI supports analysis but does not replace professional judgment.
Fees and cancellation
Paid plans, setup fees, billing intervals, and renewal terms are described at purchase or in your order form. Unless an order states otherwise, subscriptions renew for the selected period until canceled.
Availability and warranties
We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties not expressly included in a written agreement.
